OutReach Residential Services, Inc. is a community based residential program licensed by DBHDS for community based residential living, committed to providing care treatment and supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities who may also have mental health diagnosis.
OutReach Residential Services, Inc. was established in 2004 and services the Chesterfield and Henrico area.

ORS is a corporation established in Spring 2004 and governed by a board of directors and 2 central administrators, who manage daily operations. As an added benefit ORS has an internal quality assurance coordinator, who ensures that we stay in compliance with local, state and federal regulations for program operations.
At ORS, Inc. we provide services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and other mental health diagnoses. Our services promote the individual to live their life to its fullest potential with the goal of improvement in their overall psychiatric functioning and social skills. Our direct support professionals play an important role in servicing our individuals with the intent of the individual becoming a more productive member of society; by developing their personal interests, promoting self-advocacy and providing stable healthcare, nutritional education and community exposure.
